After stints as a freelance, junior then senior copywriter, I worked as Head of Brand and Creative at the Data and Marketing Association (DMA) for 5 years (Autumn 2022).

I built a multidisciplined, in-house creative department, with design and writing talent.

We provided verbal and visual identities, planned content strategies, built asset lists, wrote messages.

And brought it all to life with work that zipped across social and sprung off the printed page.

Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM)

The IDM trains marketers. And they’ve been doing it for 30 years.

As a part of an expanded DMA, we co-created and implemented the new brand identity.

Then began to stretch design language and tone of voice to take the fresh-faced IDM out to audiences old and new.
